I think nimtz is a good purchase because (for me at least) mountbatten and cunningham (along with lvl 5 navy tech) don't have enough firepower to clear the marianas island campaign

Yes, because aura skills are just that good. I can't tell if you are being Sarcastic or not... You do realize that aura skills give +15 unconditional attack in both phases. That's three stars of ability. Not to mention that aura skills buff other units. |

If Halsey had dive bombing or carpet bombing instead of air force cluster, he would be rated way lower. |

The skill states, "Own attack +15 as well as that of (Insert unit type) allies 2/3 grids around". |
