I mean that I personally wouldn't spend 555 medals for 20 attack and 15 attack around you, but It is still a viable option. Aura skills buff yourself as well. The skill states, "Own attack +15 as well as that of (Insert unit type) allies 2/3 grids around". I took that into account. I just think Spruance is a better buy than Nimitz.

Sure, Spruance is better, but Cunningham is still good and is free. Buying Spruance is a waste of medals because Cunningham already does his job of an early game naval gen.

I mean, why choose one option when you can choose all four ?

Fairly decent. Then again, most of the campaigns are land battles up to the Burma Campaign so there's not really much of a need for an allied admiral.
Besides, Arnold on a carrier compensates for the lack of ability to fight at sea.

Cunningham is pretty good. Is very good because he is free.

I only ever used him on Navy. I did eventually get Halsey but I only ever put him on Aircraft Carriers and only got Halsey for Pacific 45 so I guess he is decent but enough to complete the campaign to date? Nimitz is great but way to many medals to be wasted on the Allies side which could go onto the Axis side instead
