Air force works a bit differently in this game. They work more like actual units.
In WC3 you pay for each separate air strike. In GOG 2 you only need to pay for the air unit to use air strike.
So basically in some campaign levels you start off with air units that you can use to strike enemy units each turn but each air unit uses fuel some so you can't do it every turn and they have HP now which can take damage from enemy AA guns.

I have not tried pvp without Internet but I am pretty sure you will need Internet for it. |

I see lots is posted already but lots of disinformation is posted here..
I wait with information posting till we have different place for this game.. Will try to anwer then what i know. I won at least the multiplayer game and have wolf now for the african campaign

I don't believe anyone's pointed this out yet, but there's a present box at the top right corner of the screen. Several powerful units can be located there, but how do you acquire them? By purchasing medals?
