Over here, everyone can give their suggestions and rules. It will be helpful for the RP execs. Anything is welcome. I am currently working at my full speed to make TW possible from next month and expect contributions from everyone. Is it ok eeeeef?

Sure, also imo I don't recommend rushing through the process of rule making just to meet the deadline on time, take as much time as you need! I know this from my DnD game rule making since 5 hours straight of working on my DnD game is less productive than 2 hours of working spread across the week.

I suggest a change that both attacker and defender should roll and result will be like this:- Attacker has 1 VD advantage- 50 percent casualties on both sides and defending army is pushed back. Defender has 1 VD advantage- attack is repelled with 40 percent casualties(10 plus in case of TBW's presence and 10 plus in Bunker's pretense and if both are present then 30 plus) for attackers and 30 percent for defenders...

Not sure why me and Warlord247 werent tagged here, As we were the main contributers of TW4... One rule I suggest is a three strike system for people who are toxic or aren't following the rules. It would work something like this... Offense 1: Player is warned Offense 2: Penalty is given(to be determined by execs), Player is given final warning Offense 3: Player is kicked from RP. Their nation is made available if game is new, is ceded to active neighbour if late-game. If a player who has been kicked continues to post in the RP, this will be considered spam and the player will be reported to Saltin for further reprimand. Is that good?

Actually, I was discussing with eeeeef about this and he asked me some suggestions. So, I made a thread so that everyone can express what they feel. This is ok. What I meant was " How exactly do we define an offense"?

Harassment of players and ignorance of battle should be 3 strike offenses.
Rule breaks and such should be 6 strike offenses, counted separately.

The second one is in game rule breaks, like skipping research or something. I figure that should have more leniency. The player's post will also be ignored within the game. As for the first part of the first section, this also counts outside the Tw. Theres a zero tolerance policy for harassment. Sound good?

Warlord247, eeeeef, I have a system I would like to propose: There would be no dice system or attack system, one could take turns whenever they want except when at war where they would have to wait for the enemy to respond to return the favour. The province system could be kept and probably should be kept as a "safeguard" to avoid any exaggerated attacks (invading France in one turn) Probably, I will try to elaborate on it some more if you guys are interested.
