i can kill kleist and messe but the problems are the damn fleets , i cant kill em , even with the navy renforcement , i still cant kill em , any tips ?

Maybe try using engineers to build coastal guns
And then after clearing the first few ships send in that reinforcement ship

Use Scotland Engineers and Royal Engineers for CA. It is so awesome when you do 300 (not really, my maximum was 204 w/ MacArthur) damage to a ship.
