Charles Huntziger, your method of both attacker and defender rolling dice is not good because it ruins the bp system. Bulgaria can't have the same army as Germany.

This battle system, Charles Huntziger, will be based on bp. Infantry has 1 bp Tanks 2 and artillery 3 Bigger countries have larger army (represented by bp i.e. battlepower) Since bp or army of larger countries will be more bigger, their losses is much less than that of smaller countries
