I see in this game that skills can be changed. How? Textbooks, I think. I'm new to this game too, though I dont really need textbooks because my only bought general at this moment is Hotzendorf, who already starts off with great skills.

I see in this game that skills can be changed. How? There is a "reset" button above skills of your general. You push it and choose the skill you want to replace. The cost to change skills of a general first time is 5 textbooks, second time - 10 textbooks and so on (+5 textbooks each time). So, for example, a general who has only one bad skill requires 5 textbooks in total, while a general with 4 bad skills - 50 textbooks.
