Badoglio is great if you need another axis arty, Vasilevsky is good but Bradley Macarthur and Slim are better, and Rundstendt is a turtle but a very entertaining turtle to play with With Leeb, I say that Arty Leader Lv. 1 is not worth 150 medals. Vasilevsky is better than all of them, and Rundstedt is a turtle, yes, but turtles can be good.
