The Story of Benedict Arnold
Benedict Arnold- US Revolutionary War General, known primarily as a traitor.
Benedict Arnold is the key to unlocking the easiest path to a multi- slot victory, this guide will teach you how.
Why Arnold?
Arnold is immediately available when you begin the game. After downloading, go to HQ generals and refresh. Arnold will be there on the second refresh.
You begin with some medals. Play the first few campaign missions until you have enough to purchase Arnold.
Add Arnold to your HQ. Play a HRE 1798 conquest with Arnold in Vienna. As a 5 star trader, Arnold can do wonders for the economy. Trade and build, win quickly, acheive a high score. View other guides for tips and maximizing score. Add Fatima, Maria, Sophia. Then play an American conquest for Kate.
How many slots should I get?
We will be greedy and get at least 8 slots. Slots are so much cheaper than medals or awards and the best way to improve your team.
We want to quickly build rank and nobility so we can improve our HQ score and get the best princesses quickly. That means no regrouping. Regrouping wipes out about half your progress.
Once we can add the 8th princess we can finalize our roster. Our options are: keeping Arnold, regrouping Arnold, adding a tier 2 general with earned shields, or saving a spot for trainers.
What order should I do the campaigns?
There are 6 campaigns. 3 of them are primarily land based- the French, German, and Ottoman. 3 are a mixture of naval and land, they are the Coalition, US, and British campaigns.
Your team is relatively weak on ships. At tge ends of both the German and Ottoman campaigns are one stop shopping for naval items. For this reason I recommend doing the French, German, and Ottoman campaigns first then doing the Coalition, American, and British.
What items and trainers should I get?
The biggest factor is if you are watching ads or not. If you buy slots, you can skip watching ads. Having Arnold from the start means we can be much more active with items.
Before doing a princess run we can trade for the most useful items. Every two campaign scenarios (160 earned medals or so) we can buy or upgrade an item.
Pay close attention to the second half shops in the German campaign. They have many one stop shops.
Trainers are a luxury we are unable to afford without ads or purchasing medals. Instead we should upgrade and share items.
When should I do the conquests?
You should practice and perfect one European and one American conquest with near max scores (R30/25 max resources). Regularly check in with your team to earn more princesses. I used the same conquest to earn Maria, Fatima, Sophia, Isabella and Victoria.
All other conquests should be considered rank and nobility training exercises. Wait until you have access to the rank and nobility items before doing them.
What's the final team look like?
I think Arnold has value until the end so I imagine my final team will be him and 8 princesses all with high rank and nobility and all items.
