Hello, i'm grinding for a new general but i don't Know which one to get. I am now in begin chapter 5 and i already have Beseler, Jackson, hipper, moltke, Straussenburg, grant, Vladimir vazov, Looff, and farragaut |

Plummer is better yet costly though Mclellan will do just fine as an aura bot. Ivanov but replace inspiration for art commander. |

Ivanov, cause you are lacking in Arty. 2 Arties is much,much better than 1, and not as cumbersome as 3.

No, Get rid of Ivanov's inspiration for storm fortifications its a must-have skill for all art gens. Put art commander on hindenburg or beseler.

I know, but not on Ivanov. Put it on Hindenburg or beseler. Replace Hindenburg's land fort for art commander or beseler's plain fighting for it. Storm fortifications is essential for all arty gens, and Ivanov is perfect except that he doesn't have that skill. Like all of his other skills are great or ok (you can make an argument for mountain fighting but I think its alright).

Artillery commander also buffs the unit itself so it's a second salvo, meaning it's gonna be +20 all the time instead of just +20 against cities. both are good options, but it is more wise to use arty Commander on Hindenburg,since you know he has comparatively low damage, so he will get a buff by it and will buff surrounding units also, hence if you use Hindenburg and Ivanov in Coordination, you could give Ivanov +40 damage on cities and considering fully upgraded Ivanov regularly does about 180 damage, you can guess... |

Agreed, Ivanov or Beseler, Just any good artillery general (Pretty much only beseler, ivanov or hindenburg- but get the first two first as you won't have the textbooks needed for Hindenburg just yet so early in the game)
