I will go with dune, arrakis the desert planet Interstellar. How about a movie which is laced with wormholes, gravitational disturbance, Einstein's theory of relativity and humans contacting us from the future? This movie does it exactly. I love space and this one was a treat Sorry for necroposting, but this gives me memories of secondary school SciFi kids listening to the theme song and saying match the spin where ever they went.

I regret saying Interstellar now. Marvel (It is fiction, but it is scientific also I feel) is way better. Especially the Avengers animated series.

My favorite not on the polls has to be Starship Trooper, one of the most misunderstood films in my option but also quite explicit.

But mine I am honestly upset that it is not on there, because it is a classic: The Twilight Zone Radio Broadcasts.

I just watched NWH a couple weeks ago, and that was amazing, but I have found that it is hard and expensive to keep up with everything in the MCU.

I like especially the movies from Phase 1 to the end of Phase 3, so as a whole the Infinity Saga.

I love 2 sci fi movies especially and they are recent ones and less famous then the above.
The Vast of Night: its very lowkey and in a twilight zone vibe. the element of storytelling is what makes it special.
Prospect: scratching my itch on visual sci fi retro vibe. Soundtrack is a masterpiece with headphones.
