Not really. Your progress should be stored in game files (headauarters.sav i think), so if u recover this file from game files on old phone and replace on new, you should be good. May I ask, how can you get that file? |

Should be in /data/data/com.easytech.wc3
I am unsure but u may need root permissions and root browser (ES File Explorer is good) to get to those files.
As for putting it to new game, simply copy it into ur new phone where game files are stored. Note that this is pure speculation and I've never tried this.
