Hot water will turn into ice faster than cold water. I doubt. But cold water will boil faster than hot water.

But cold water will boil faster than hot water. I don't get the trick π It is harder for the water molecules that are held together closely in cold water to get into the hexagonal plane arrangement of ice than it is for the freer moving molecules of hot water.

I don't get the trick π It is harder for the water molecules that are held together closely in cold water to get into the hexagonal plane arrangement of ice than it is for the freer moving molecules of hot water. Hmmm - the hot molecules have to loose more energy than the cold ones - this will take longer - as long as their swinging (temperature) is too thigh, they will not stay in any crystal arrangement.

Ah, you are right. It is a myth. That just happened to be in a number of National Geographic books that I read as a child.

if you type illuminati backwards in your browser (donβt forget .com) , you end up on the NSA website. If you type in liar .com without the space it will redirect to the Wikipedia page of Justin Trudeau, and the most probable culprit is Elon Musk.
