Kleist and Student are underrated in all ET games. Ah yes. Kleist's 'underration' is a huge miatake on easyetchs part, for quite a lot of reasons. For example he commanded an army group during the invasion of France with Guderian and Rommel under his command.

Napoleon wasnt short like many people think. It was just a combination of the French units being longer than Britiah units and British propaganda.

Napoleon was a bad general. Most of his victories except for the Marengo Campaign were by luck, and superior numbers. Even in the Marengo Campaign, Desaix still should get credit for his victories (bless his resting heart)

By luck? You are a novice in Napoleonic Wars. You know what, I feel that you don't hate Napoleon, but like Chuikov no, Bernadotte, Murat, and Desaix get no credit to their achievements thanks to Napoleon. Desaix died saving Napoleon's army! Desaix died saving the army. Yes. Bernadotte wasn't great but I like his behaviour. When Napoleon become General, commanding his army of Italy, his men didn't had food, clothing, boots, horses (for cavalry). They didn't had even weapons to fight! They were starved. The Austrians in Italy outnumbered them by probably 20,000 at any time. You know the great fortress of Mantua? Two of it's ends are surrounded by Marshes. One end had a river which didn't allow attack from there. Do practically, you have only one side to attack. He had very less artillery. Since Moreau and Jourdan did not attack Germany from North, the Austrians diverted men from there to Italy. Still, inspite of many waves (3/4 probably) attempting to relieve Mantua, it was sieged and it's siege brought Italy under his control. Say what? - Borees would had obliterated the Italian army if he had been in charge instead of Napoleon

Since the Directory couldn't had ignored my successes at Italy, they made me the leader of that front. It was joint at first with another person (don't know who). But I remarked to the Directory that "Two good generals are worse than one bad general". And then they removed that person
