with paladin/titan (20 initial rage, +%20 rage regen) set you can get "permanent" commander skill -aura buff-
as i newly discovered they refill their rage bar in 3 turns -just attacking thing is enough not necessary to kill- pretty unique though i dont think any other class has that "permanent aura" thing -maybe for cav but they have to kill things which is additional condition to get-
team like that; barbarossa equipped paladin/titan set(commander skill, leadership -best debuff -, large hp pool, samurai also count as sustain i guess) petain equipped paladin/titan set (commander skill, logistics for sustain, large hp pool because of marshal, cover which is crucial against all especially archers, bravery is also better than march) caesar (cure master for all durability, braveness nice to deal "free" damage, assault, armor crucial against archers) richard (logistics, rumor, mass fire is more effective while your attack is higher, armor) peter (commander skill, rumor, destroy, peter is weak point of that comp because he is pretty fragile) nobunaga (debuff, mass fire good for average output from archers) moctezuma (cure master again good for sustain for all, leadership) bismarck (build smasher) flex choices: cleo (build smasher) yi sun-sin (good vs archers, armor master sustain for all, debuff -bugle-)
any suggestions?

WIth the new "Awakening" Mulan might be better than Mocte, and Pachacuti Might be better than Nobby. Alex is a possible replacement for Richard.

Alex is a possible replacement for Richard. archers primary objective is just supporting infantries not dealing damage, richards mass fire is better while you have 2 buffs -offer more than alex, like rumor and logistics- also damage reduction against archers is crucial because nearly all of our gens are melee fighters as i tested "spy" not as effective as it tought before triggered "spy" i deal 1k damage with my washington after deal 1.1k damage or so and this difference lower while your damage is lower

Alex I get for free, and I upgraded him to 4 stars by now.

Almost the same as my InfCom team except for Petain & Bismarck in place of Xerxes & Khalid linkI'd recommend you choose one of Peter & Petain and give the other slot to either Nelson or a cav (Saladin) though as you rarely get to use the 3 commanders together in a meaningful way. Nelson would buff your archers or a cav would give you the chance to mop up the annoying enemies who survive with like 12 health, so you don't have to waste a heavy hitter on them.

Nelson is Trash in InfCom!? He has ArtyCom and nothing else. Li Hongzhang is Better by far.

Nelson is Trash in InfCom!? He has ArtyCom and nothing else. Li Hongzhang is Better by far. Nelson is never trash and was even considered essential for a while. He has better stats than Li and is easier to play with due to his Longbow. Li has Leadership and Strike, but in the proposed team above Mocte, Nobby & Barbarossa have Leadership already and Nobby can destroy anyone so the anti-cav bonus isn't a big loss.
