Qualifications groups are a bit tricky because of the enforcement procedures.ie: who will decide if others meet the requirements, monitor membership and invites, set procedure for leadership and for what happens with the afk's.
In most cases the EFC groups are self driven/regulated meaning we want it to be mostly a member driven activity.
Usually there is got to be enough people showing interest and wanting to be part of such group before it can be created.

I believe we need to bring back the Illuminati first. After that, we should do your true commander idea. what were the requirements for the Illimunati? Is it just being an active and major contributor, or is it just for guides. I guess that would explain why NetherFreek was part of it For active and frequent posters then it is quite obvious that Gerd von Rundstedt and Don Quixote de la Mancha would be part of this. While Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus and Pietro Badoglio would be an obvious pick for their prolific guides...if only they were online as much I tried asking Saltin , but it was futile. Maybe we need more support for reviving the illuminati group. |

That is not true, it will depend on if it is reactivated. If more people want the group to return, it will come back. I meant for qualifications. I have 6 followers, have a bunch of WC3 guides under my belt that are useless for how active this board is. Maybe if Erich von Manstein pins it, it would help newer players but it has been formatted into two threads, and NetherFreek has higher quality guides than mine...if anything those should be pinned. , Charles Huntziger is right. Put some formatting and a few colours (not too much) and it becomes beautiful |

It's content has many flaws like he rated France 1939 as easy because he did it ignoring the fact that he used Guderian and beginners do not have Guderian. I didn't use Guderian until a capped Berlin. After that, you are ensured victory anyway. It just sped things up for me. What about Japanese spam what about it? Guderian only shortens the game by about 20 rounds. That's the only impact he has on this. The conquest was decided when beating Spain and Italy in the first 20 rounds. |

So far I am getting:
-Group by invite only.
-Group needs proof of performance, (posting screenshots)
Unclear is:
-Finishing a single game is the only requirement Yes/No
-Who will lead this group.

How did you defeat Japan? I lost Hanoi thanks to Kuribayashi, so I had to use Armored Cars and Motorized Infantry to get to the airport at Chongking. |

Who is alt leader and do we have 2 or3 members to get the group started ? These guys can take over the [True Commander] group if primary leadership is too busy fighting real wars  |
