I was just playing around with this on an iteration where I only just got Sophia. It's a game iteration where you can promote the princesses with medals. Early experimentation without crown or other enhancements suggests that approximately 3 cycles of Farming three fields in Toulon corresponds to 2 medals.
I'm pretty sure there are guides somewhere around here that show exactly how many medals are required to jump between nobility stages. From there we can work out exactly how many clicks we need.
I have the Crown on my tablet; unfortunately, all the princesses I already have there are Nobility 10 already so I can't do this experiment there.

PSA for those of you doing this method: Place your screen so that the troop you're doing the farming with is at the bottom left like this, that way you're not constantly moving your cursor. I'm doing this on Chain the Beast but It does work with Siege of Toulon Works in lieu of MacroRecorder, I've noticed Oh wow, congratulations. You finally figured it out. That's why many people still use the southwest side rather than the southeast side. Duh.

Surely at that point, all you need is some sort of autoclicker. e.g. www.opautoclicker.com/index.html Give it a two to three second interval to give the unit time to move back and forth, then walk away and do the household chores or whatever. If I'd known I would be playing EW4 on PC as much as I currently am, I'd have taken it into consideration when shopping around for my most recent mouse.

TECHNICALLY you get nearly twice as much per cycle, but PRACTICALLY the three-farm method is much faster and easier if you have to do it manually or your autoclicker is unsophisticated.
