Why don't you invade the Turks ? or the Italians ? THe Lybian people wll not suffer an alien rule ! Look, It's not like I invaded Cyrenaica! It was given to me fair and square! The Libyans are fine! I treat them like my own! However, I'm willing to compromise. Cyrenaica may gain partial autonomy, but I will still have full control of the major ports and keep Benghazi as an Exclave, kind of like Cueta for Spain. How about you cede the Saharan parts of Cyrenaica to the NAC, the northern parts will gain partial autonomy (kinda like Danzig or something, administered by both of us) and the ports+Bengazhi are yours |

Also, I am the moderator of this treaty, and prefer to stay neutral in doing so in order to avoid scandal.
