I establish a free Russian state. United States of Eastern Europe consisting of Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Baltic States, Caucasian States will be another independent state. United States of Central Asia consisting of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will be also independent. All these will have my forces to maintain stability. All three above will be part Commonwealth of Independent States and I will be its Lord Protector having power enforce any decision there. I can veto any of their desicions. As of Crimea, it will be another Grand Duchy ruled by Francisco Franco. |

Trieste should be part of Rome. Francisco Franco, King of France, King of Iberia ,Emperor of Rome , King of Benelux,King of Sicily and Naples and Grand Duke of Crimea. |
