If it makes you feel better, I bought Tito because I couldn't pass Battle Of Crete, and he's actually pretty useful. Especially in the Pacific Campaigns. Boris isn't the most useless general you could buy. That, of course goes to Cavallero. |

Ok I buy Boris and guderian thanks men I use Boris in Balkan war to unlock horthy but Boris sucks. I need to upgrade him? He only have 1 star of upgrade capacity Use boris at Mountain (for his Mountain Fighting), at least it can add a little amount of damage output (Also give him SF) |

Well, that went differently than I have anticipated.
At least he has guderian, so he should be just fine.
And Horthy is actually beast on tanks. Navy is for Boris
I'm considering making guides for some levels using Boris on Navy and Horthy on tanks xD

Boris is the best mountaineer in the entire game. You cant sell him. Just give him a taurus corps and he hits insanely hard. I found it useful to leave it in a place either defending or simply to be massacred by enemy troops while mobilizing the rest. It is not the best purchase of my life but what can be done? at least guderian if it was worth it |
