Oh I forgot to mention that the leader of the Central Powers is Germany. The leader of the Comintern is the Bolsheviks. And the USA is the leader of the Entente. Neutrals have no leader.

And if they have railroads then we can use such things too. we can make the silk road which ends at turkey, we then can also move from Shanghai (example) to diyar bakir (Turkish city, another example) in one turn and even occupy it. |

Alright how about this: if their transport load contains more than 10 bp, they use 2 turns.

Mountbatten why? if they move that far they have to pay with something when doing so. it would only be fair as I just could then use silk way and reck them in europe.
