remember this guys that it is far to ww2 and tanks weren't tech advanced until 1938- This was because the French and English didn't care much about tanks while the Germans did. Only the Germans weren't allowed to have tanks thanks to Versailles, but here Germany won WW 1 -> no Versailles -> Germans could go their own way developing tanks.

You guys know why I don't research half of the items in the techs? Because it won't give you anything significant. Why? here's how I think. 1) these wars have a set number of turns, you waste them, you're defeated. 2) the wars end ANY minute so there goes you're research AND the turns. 3) I only research a tech if its useful, like automatic conscription (I know I never researched it but I was really close to it) 4) I never research techs like carriers, why? Because that tech is too situational (+2 attack when battleships attack land units) I mean cmon guys? 5) if you are Researching tech and suddenly get invaded (yup, don't forget that) then you'll regret that why didn't you arm your army (France did this in ww2 by making the gigantic Maginot Line which ended up totally useless since the Germans never came from the Franco-German border) Again, this is my approach, it has nothing to do with forcing anyone to accept it Oh and this isn't salt.

I have to say I totally agree with you, but I find the economic techs (turns +1) and the battle power techs (BP+1) very useful. For example with researching rifle mods you double the BP of your army.

I knew it! That someone will agree because this is my observation of whatever we are having in the name of technology! Though the battle power technology and economics are useful I too have to admit But can there seriously be a tank known as flamer tanks? I mean like what? throw flames? And there is another sheet (ee=i) like tech just above/below the flamers, another tank which will require you to waste literally 12 turns (wtf!) Known probably as a defense tank, now the only difference between a flamer and a defense tank is that one has a speciality of offense and one has defense, so to defend your territory you have to waste 12 turns while if I were you I'd just make 12 infantries and be happy with em. Idk really but we should totally revise the techs system, they are getting awful.

Napoleon Bonaparte With my new tank tech tanks get extra bonus when researching flamethrowers. It is very useful since you get +1 BP against infantry

It is very useful since you get +1 BP against infantry yes I have seen it and I liked it The problem with the techs (according to my perspective) is that 1) they are getting lousy (apart from yours) 2) they take up to a maximum of 20 turns! (Nukes do) I am thinking that we should revise the war techs system, if you guys want, I can make a separate thread in which I will identify that how techs went from a max turn limit of 8 to 20

Yeah, multiple times I believe we wanted to shorten the amount of times you could research to around 3 turns every round so that you aren't always wasting turns.

Patton and MacArthur, don't worry, we got you covered.
I think Mount is still going to be the GM because I don't want to take the position away from him.

Probably won't happen. If something like that does happen where he becomes bias, I'll make events which force Ethiopia and Egyot out.

Saying this again, if you guys want I can make a separate thread where I will highlight that how come we went from a max limit of 8 turns for tech to 20 turns
We need to collectively find a solution for this, these are theoretical wars not theoretical researches

I will not take Part in Theorectical wars they are to complicated. And I am new maybe some day I will but for now I won't. they aren't complicated trust me, you just need to understand what is going on, we can help you with that (and not "criticize" at your first ever turn). If you want I can add you in the entente team chat, you can ask about your role, how to use dices and other stuff there, if you feel difficult then you are also free to ask Mountbatten or General William T. Sherman about the war and how do they work There is also a thread called "about the theoretical wars" you can read its first three-four pages to know how the wars work And guys, since Canada and Spain are just starting I would like to ask all of you to give them at least 5 phases to prepare and to get the know-how before you start against them, that'll help them learn the war as well I make no guarantees on critique.
