What is the status of the Pacific states of America.
Back then PSA had a decision to be absorbed back into the USA or remain independent but fedor is not here so a decision was never made.

Mountbatten Tanks can not be better than infantry since Tanks have max BP 2 + 2 (in either defence or attack) = 4. Infantry can have max 1+1(rifle mods)+1 (grenadiers) + 1 (juggernauts =4 (in both attacking AND defending). I suggest you either add a tech that requires 7 turns to investigate which does + 1 BP for tanks or you improve the current tank(tech)
