Using this dispute, we could use it as a reason to go to war.

General William T. Sherman on the major capitals the base number to capture them is 10 and can the number be lowered by factors like having a bigger army? I am just making sure since there has not been a battle for a major capital

Ottomans:
1,2,3,4,5) Attack Tanks finished (I forgot if it is flamer or rocket but in any cas eI ean the one with the attack +2)
6,7) 2 tanks moved, all tanks (3) moved to Afghanistan border.
Germans:
1,2,3,4,5,6) Finishing Juggernauts
7,8) 2 infantry build in Thailand, with a total of 8 BP!
Results: Ottoman tanks are closing in while the German infantry armies are now invincible!
