Civil war in the USCA

The USCA was dominated by the Guatemalans, which resulted in nations breaking off of them, resulting in the states of El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica becoming independent from Guatemala. After Black July, the month which the Germans won the war against the French, the USCA was formed to protect against German and American interests. Now, nationalism is erupting in these areas once again.
-Costa Rica, El Salvador and Nicaragua secede from the USCA.
-All of these states start off with one army.
