The Kwantung Army was a Japanese army in Korea and Manchuria during the Japanese occupation of Korea and during the Second World War. If we form this brand new army, we will strengthen our grip on the region, but to the displeasure of the local population.
Japan has decision:
Form the army: Army built in Korea, Southern Manchuria secured by Japan. Manchurian campaign will continue. Korean and Manchu rebels possible.
Forget this army:No armies built, manchurian campaign continues, No rebels possible.

South American Influence:

Most of the world was affected by the German victory, but the only continent not affected nearly at all by the War was South America, with the only territorial change on the continent was the transfer of French Guyana to Germany. Now that the depression is afoot and resources are mainly dominated by Germany and the U.S, South America offers bountiful resources such as timber, copper, coffee, guano and fruit, resources that are needed for the industrialization and remilitarization of nations. If we invest in South American countries, we could harbor their resources for our own benefit, while also aiding them out of the depression.
Germany has decision:
Invest in Brazil:Brazil becomes more aligned to C.Powers. Germany gains bountiful amounts of timber. Can be used to build more railways and ships. More likely for railways to be built. Troops take less time to move from one place to another.
Invest in Chile: Chile becomes more aligned to C.Powers. Germany gains large amounts of Copper. Can be used to build more weapons, results in five more troop space.
Invest in Peru: Peru becomes more aligned to C.Powers. Germany gains large amounts of guano. Can be used to build more explosives. +1 bonus on all dice rolls
Invest in Colombia: Colombia becomes more aligned to C. Powers. Germany gains large amounts of Coffee. Makes people more enlightened. One extra turn each round.

India has same decision with same results except that the country which is influenced is more aligned to Entente
China has same decision with same results except that the country which is influenced is more aligned to entente.
Austria has same decision with same results.

You cannot invest in more than one S.American country and countries cannot invest in the same countries.

Scramble for Antarctica and the Arctic:

After the war, the world had been settled except for two regions: Antarctica. If we gain better technology, we can attempt to settle these regions. shall we send an expedition?
Scramble for Antarctica can now occur.
All nations who want to colonize these regions must have researched the techs of Grain Silos, battleships, industrialization, Art of war and rifle modifications.
