Star in country means the country is under protection of the country which the color is belonging to. (Star in Yemen is yellow thus under Ottoman protection). Protection does NOT mean the province is vassal or is ruled by the country it only means that if any country attacks that province it will get serious trouble with the protector. Germany asks Romania to be a vassal. And asks General William T. Sherman to throw dices to make the outcome, Romania also refuses immediately if Mountbatten and/or General William T. Sherman finds this illegal.

Well in Central America Costa Rica, El Salvador and Nicaragua have became independent from the USCA and a civil war has erupted. The USCA has taken back El Salvador and Nicaragua. Cuba is part of USCA Nothing has happen to Mexico and Canada The 2nd American civil war has mostly been a stalemate with any gains being pushed back the next turn so its basically the exact same as at the start of civil war. Venezuela and Colombia are neutral non player controlled countries as far as I know.

António Salazar dice rolls for what? If Romania wishes to be a vassal? Well...how about we do 1-6 equals no, 7-12 equals yes. And if they say no, you can invade them. jpPURD93·

The Light Bringer you gained southern manchuria after choosing the option in my event. And you're currently attacking them, but you haven't been using your turns for it.

The Light Bringer let's keep it WW 1 and realistically: Japan and China being allies is just impossible. That is the same as North Korea and South Korea being BFF
