Map Europe NOW  Explanation: Bulgaria formed with Romania Balkan Union this year after Romania was conquered by Germany Greece was invaded but the invasion of Greece was changed to an invasion of Naples province since Greece is impassible. St Petersburg province is NOT ceded to Russia since I can not control Russia I keep the province German Germany asks Portugal to be a vassal, it is up to General William T. Sherman to accept/roll dices/refuse I still don't have a freaking idea how you can control Petersburg as it is communist Russia, not neutral!!! From my understanding, you attacked St. Petersburg way at the start. Then António Salazar attacked Estonia and retook St. Petersburg. Then you guys had your argument and it was settled that Estonia would be left alone. However, nothing was mentioned about St. Petersburg. So it's kind of a loophole but oh well. |

Napoleon Bonaparte do you agree that the Chihuahua province and the New York must be split in two since Canada has 3 provinces, USCA has 3 provinces, US has 2 provinces and Mexico has 2 provinces. I undid the splitting of those provinces in the beginning of the war but that turned out to be a bit foolish. Every nation on MAINLAND America should have 3 provinces. Except for the PSA since they are not controlled and weak.
