so this rule is just for me? I am baffled! HOWEVER, I would see that rule being good for civil wars, let civil wars be between the 2 factions, no donations. I'd be cool with that. there is no civil war in India? Is it? Well I can't say anything since its a rule  |

Well I can't say anything since its a rule No, there is no Indian civil war, but it would be cool if say Germany couldn't send troops to the Carlist rebels in Spain because of the civil war. Speaking of Spain, I haven't seen francisco Franco in a while now. General William T. Sherman is the civil war still on? |

Are you using the units that belong to best75 ? I just made a group consisting of only CSA units and returned them to the Texas-Mexican border to avoid your donation rule. They can interact any moment but I do not control them anymore. |
