How do I read the chinese forms to searching modding tips. And modding units stats and modding the game into a English version. Like lots of money in game oil steel money.

Either pick up a copy of "Let's learn some Manachurian so easy! Basic vocabulary and grammar - year 1"
Or....
Use google translate - almost like trying to pull out information from a gibbering drunk off the streets 4 o'clock in the morning.
And in the end... cheating with a mod isn't worth all of that hard work tho.

That's sounds fun editing the alliance like who in NATO or WTO sounds fun. |
