Don't go to google play. you can sign APK files ONLY ON PC!!!!!
use APK sign as it is the easiest way to sign it.

It has absoulutly no deal with GOOGLE PLAY you must find it in GOOGLE it is called APK sign or APK signer. I don't have it on my laptop it is on my desktop and it is unoperational as it's hard drive went down last week

I Put it on my phone and use zip signer. Then oce it finished I install it and then wc3 has stopped working. |

Waste of time....
Go find some other game to mod, there's a lot of games out there that are very moddable, like graphics, units, menus, even gameplay rules themselves!
This WC3 is like trying to squeeze potatoes to make a juice instead of lemons. If you got potatoes, go make some fries from it, not lemonade. WC3 is not modder-friendly.
Of course, it's my opinion, but I'm basing it on facts, obvious facts, not just an opinion.

I got board but I use amp editor to sign app but it crashes. So finding a amp signer I have no luck.
