HOW GENERALS WORK:
Simple. If a unit has a general, the rolls change.
2-3 = loss
4- 7= draw
8-12= win.
Rolls stay the same if Gen v Gen, skills and stars are irrelevant.
Also only 3 gens per country, as to avoid confusion.
If you have less then three gens you can just say "insert country here" commander and that works.
