Actually no, this is how the last election was held as well, it's only allowed to be voted on by those who have participated in an Rp. This is necessary to make sure the leader of this board is efficient. But I had never participated in any RP in my knowledge, how can anyone stop me from voting? I suppose if it was a big enough shift to notice, I would go to the list of Rpers and ask them who they voted, then ignore any other votes

Ah fine if everyone wants me as the RP exec, then it's ok. I've been demotivated recently to come online and this is a morale booster of sorts.

Hey Saltin, any word on how to prevent someone from posting? I take it we might have disruptions in the RP board that are a little overboard then? Ok so we can deal with this in 2 ways, both have pro's and con's but they will be fairly effective. Option1: Both RP exec need to be in agreement and one of you guys send me a mail with the name(s) in question, need the desired length of the penalty. I can then just block them from posting on that board for that specified time frame. Option2: We make the entire RP board permission to post only to the RP Enthusiast group. Meaning the general population can read but cant post into that board unless they belong to the RP enthusiast group. Group execs are made leaders of the RP enthusiast group and can simply (temporarily) eject non compliance RP members. Note: penalties should not be too harsh to start with, it's always preferable to have proportional responses so the offending person has a chance to see reason and come back to the team. There are not that many RP players so each one we loose can potentially chip at the overall fun RP's.

Saltin, option 1 because 2 would deter newcomers

Saltin, option 1 because 2 would deter newcomers But only under 2, the execs can realisticly enforce their desicions

Warlord247, ProConqueror,@vonmanstein77, Don Quixote de la Mancha, Gerd von Rundstedt, Port, STILETT0, NhyjjOk everyone, the polling is done!! (It was actually done yesterday, but I forgot whoops) Your new Rp officers, as voted by the people, are Warlord247, and John Marston. Saltin, could you switch the second officer role from eeeeef to Napolean? Thanks in advance. I hope you are all satisfied with your choices.

Ok it's done, RP execs per voting titled.
Ideally 1 RP exec officiates an RP campaign without playing it while the other one can either take part in the campaign as a player or join the other RP exec as an additional referee. This avoid the inevitable conflict of interest or the perception of it and diminishes personality conflicts and salt.

Hey Don Quixote de la Mancha, I feel like I'm not really doing my job as Rp executive due to my IRL job. Would you like to take over the mantel from me?

Hey Don Quixote de la Mancha , I feel like I'm not really doing my job as Rp executive due to my IRL job. Would you like to take over the mantel from me? Mind if I chip in Warlord? I suggest that a change in RP leaders must be made in August. Because maybe by that time you can be more active, but more importantly because we would have more aspirants ( Gerd von Rundstedt probably). And also, you guys have holidays till August right? So I don't think a change in leadership would do a lot, also because Engels probably is less online nowadays
