I can't understand. I didn't backcheck it directly, you need medals without modding generals. It's a pity, but its practical a locked APK. For me it is usefull for zooming, but for normal modding without any necessary advantages. At least my headquarter fits perfect with only 4 slots.  PS: does anyone know, how to show the headquarter in a 4*3 instad a 6*2 grid? |

Is there any new apk that is unlocked? I'd like to update my old mod to be playable on new versions of Android.

I copied this to the zh_CN file's localized_strings file and it did not work. But it runs unpatched in CN - right ? I just changed one letter in localizable.strings and copied a stringfile_EN.ini into assets. With a new title_hd.png it works in EN, with a different shaped (sans) font. (Language remained CN) One note: The 1.5.6 needs a logo.png in assets to start. (Not like 1.4.2) |

But I have an easy workaround, for You ironmarshal1805, to get somehow rid of the EW4 graphic-glitch on wider displays: Add to the broken Layouts, manually the width ( w="568"). The layouts will not use the full screen-width, with black blocks at the right and left, but without any grafic bug. The battlefield will be shown in full width, only βΈοΈ-Pause and βοΈ end of turn turn will be a bit too much to the left. As much as I can assume, you need to change only the layout-568h.xml file. PPS: xxx_@2x.png must be double the size (width and height) of xxx.png - their usage is optional, you just need one. |

I searched again but I can't find your wonderfull 1.5.6 (fixed) Arthur Currie It is a pity that the 1.5.6 doesnt have the extra slots really open, but thanks to your APK I still can enjoy ew4. But now I can't find your link anymore  |

Great ! Thank You a lot Arthur Currie ! For my taste you should even put the link in the first post. Yes !You changed the title of this thread if i'm correct, good, but apart beeing not being cracked, your Apk is the most clean EW4 that I've ever seen. It is the only ET-game or mod that starts without any security warnings. I really appreciate that You credit ccw for his AKP. ... How great it would be if he had joined the EtFC ... but this apk seems to be a V1.1. CCW, if you read this PLEASE join ! |

Arthur Currie, You know I'm a big fan of Your Apk. How to fix the slots-glitch. (Slots 5-12) Edit lib/armeabi-v7a/libeasytech.so and change the two bytes at 089f94 back to 08 bf . The Game will display slots 5-12 correctly as locked. Slots can be opened by IAP.
00089f94 : 08 bf 01 20 | βΒΏββ 4 slot *correct*
: 01 20 01 20 | ββ ββ fake 12slot - slot 5-12 not working
