Port , I have to answer: HRE Not for me - I play France 06, but to be real: I don't think so, that any other player got Victoria not with HRE. One year ago HRE was the only known conquest to get 850 years. One great lesson I learned from @marshallforwards : If you want to get Victoria, a few (‘‘‘‘ not many !!!!) medikits - especially for strategic important troops without Headquarter general, can be extreemly helpfull. Just be aware not to waste them, but 5 medikits for 60ποΈ is not too much, if you get Victoria in return. What about France 1798, or Russia 1806, would that work? If I am not wrong, littlecorporal got 850 years in France 1798. But he used Isabella, Lan, Victoria and Sakurako. I think it's doable, but very hard. HRE should be your best choice.

France 1789 by littlecorporal, was the first non HRE ever! with 850years! But I have to warn you: littlecorporal can play extremly economical conquests - I never could reach his performance - and he took a few tries. Russia 1806 works too, but needs good planning to arrive in time in the western edges. My first fun conquest was Ottoman 1806 with trained princess, and I got amazingly 850years. So I learned the big difference between 1789 and 1806 conquests. (1798: R31 3001π§+ , 1806: R38 9200π§+)

I like the 1806 conquests, once you got the exchange in Berlin or Vienna (around r10 to r15) the economy is much better than 1798. Fight with, and flank!! for your allies, this is my strategy. Frigattes are really expensive and not necessary. Keep saves from R15 and R22, I always play a speed-up from one of theese saves to get really high scores. As you asked for 900 years: I only can get them with HRE and France06/09. Russia has long ways and 1809 and 1815 Russia i haven't finished for now.
