I just have my android phone, no PC. I know texturepacker for longer, but I can't use it now. This is imo a must-have tool for modding - et develops with a simmilar tool. All the image patching is a hard way to compensate the missing of a tool like this. Which parameters can you set in the map-editor? Terraintype, Variant, but how to set the next bytes? I still don't know.

Adding width is hard by hand. If you have the mapextender, concentrate first to make more map in the west and east.

This is great! - I ve seen changing flags always as a bigger problem. Wow you do this ? - there 4 similar frames , how do you shade and all - how ?

Nice tool. When you make new flags, ADD them in the tactical map, an rename the replaced ones. There is enough space. Did you try the, no tactical-scene patch from yesterday for the conquest selection-screen ?

Ad I showed you Arthur Currie, extending the map is not a problem for me. The textures are the problem! In the beginning it took me so long to understand and convert the etc compressed files (pkm), so I learned how textures work. You need a pc: The reference programm is the MALI-compression tool. It can make the ericson etc compression V1,V2 (PKM) and has many other supported texture compressors. (Even ios-formats) Codeandweb/texturepacker is the gaming-industry standard for creating spritesheeds, it even can create alpha splitted libs and has also many compressors. Imo are the .pvr also done with it. Without seeing the pvr-borders, map extending is extreemly time intensive. It is not the problem for adding the sahara, but everything else becomes too hard. I converted all pkm's for easier EtFC EW4 modding. It will be so great if somebody can convert once all pvr from the map folder, this will help a lot. And a tool to write pvr will be perfect.
