Hey. I've been playing conquest and have defeated everyone I can. There is still a couple of nations left but it won't let me attack them and they won't move off the buildings so I can't take them. Is there some way of declaring war on them or am I missing something? TIA

Here a quick Diplomacy Guide 
this is the initial map of Greece not bad ... as we see by the red symbol next to the flag, Persia is at war with me while Rome is allied with me because of its green symbol.  Rome Will be my ally for 99 turns but if I conquer all the world and Rome continues alive they will declare the war to me  The Huns can attack Vienna so I will declare a peace with them  
and now we are allies for 4 turns  And we are not allies anymore    But I am want to conquer rome so I will declare the war to them using my diplomatic point and now I can attack them and that is the summary diplomacy ends with Treason this is Betray or be Betrayed |
