General William T. Sherman, are you using a mod for EUIV? I didn't think it went to modern times. I have EU IV but its to complicated for me to easily understand and I dont have the time to sit down and work it out. Same problem with Hearts of Iron III though Stellaris was easy to understand.

You need to just fail epically if you're going to do well at the game eventually. MY first like ten Victoria games were incomplete, lacking major things, i made a lot of rookie mistakes, etc. etc. You get the hang of it through trial and error. |
