 Spreading Liberty from Sea to Shining Sea. Playing as Confederates in Vic2. I have defeated the Union and have secured all of the South, including D.C, Maryland, West Virginia, Kentucky, Oklahoma and Missouri. I also took Kansas as it is clear that the residents prefer our own confederacy of states. The Union had to recognize our sovereignty. I also own Cuba, Hispaniola, Liberia and Panama. I got an event to claim everything south of the Mason-Dixon Line, which gave me claims on southern California, Las Vegas, Arizona and New Mexico. I fought a second war and won it. Now the country has spread its grimy hands across the continent. I am allied with Brazil, and am preparing to take Sonora/Baja California from Mexico to expand my Pacific Coast. THE SAOTH SHILL RIIIISE AGIIIIIN! Or has RISEN again. I have no idea how someone an win as the CSA, though. |

I only built Dixie Troops so that when the Civil War occurred the entire Federal Army would side with me. That being said, i didn't make every territory a slave state, only the states which were historically slave states plus Kansas and the Caribbean stuff I took. |

Like income tax! Ugh! Or property tax, let's be glad I don't own a house yet. Income tax correspond to roughly 34 to 47 percent, highly variable and like Jean-Luc Picard said, it depends on which state. But for income, it also depends on which tax bracket you are in. Generally speaking, the more you earn, the higher the rate is. But the mega-rich hires a lawyer specialized in tax evasion and gets away with maybe 15% income tax rate. lol the tax evasion part made me remember a good story! My business math teacher often says that You CMA's and CA's are more closer to hell, because you all learn business law in two subjects (basic and advanced) and then use all that "teaching" to get your employers away from high tax rates  lol |

The rhine is floading direct to the ruhr, the economical hard of germany. To get to that area, you need to go through the netherlands. Thats how the netherlands became so rich these days. The netherlands import and export everything to europe. And the main things in europe comes from dutch rivers. There are 17 milion dutchies, and 300 million europeans. All these europeans needs goods. And all those goods needs to crose the netherlands. Even though the dutch share is little on every product, all together its huge. Furthermore the dutch have oil, loads of oil. We used to dig them loads. But right now not anymore since its causing earthquackes. Also in the wiederaufbildung after ww2. The dutch goverment had an earningspolicy, a dentist earns this, an engineer earns that etc.. it was a golden move! The goverment could steer the economy and therefore it was boasted a lot. And after 3 centuries, the netherlands became the most wealthiest nation on earth in the seventies. But our government was a bit dumb there. They said things like: we are the richest nation on earth, therefore we remove taxes! Everybody was happy ofcourse, but ofcourse this went wrong. We still have to live with the consequences back then. But the dutch dont have to complain, were still considerated as the 5th or 6th whealtiest nation on earth, but i think if our goverment didnt make those mistakes we could have been third |
