I am 400 literature from Gunpowder and have 4 Star Caesar (Max Braveness), Nobunaga (7 Leadership), Cleopatra (8 Inspire, 6 Rumor), Barb, Catherine, and 3 Star Alex and Awakened Mulan. I haven't bought any equipment and am thinking of promoting Caesar's Cure Master. I have 185 medals. Any assistance?

Well, with 185 medals in your pocket your options are rather limited Caesar's Cure Master is an expensive skill. I would buy Peter and upgrade his Commander skill and then the same skill of Barbarossa up to lvl 8.

Okay, but after using Peter in the past, I was somewhat disappointed in him, but that is probably due to blue stats, TBH.

Teamwork makes them close to that. Infantry refill rage bar faster than anyone else. And with a couple Commander skills activated Peter hits pretty hard. He hits without retaliation and has a chance to place "Rumour" debuff. Do we need anything more than that? For a blue general his kit is pretty solid. I had a fully upgraded Alexander when I deployed Infcom. But I preferred Peter and Barbarossa almost without exception. Caesar, Peter and Barbarossa always were on my team back then, no matter what...
