Unless they make Sardinia campaign in EW4 impossible, you're playing easytech games, not slitherine.... Anyways conquest is the clear winner I like campaigns with small countries, such as a Dutch campaign *dreamy harp music*

19-0 just duck it, my personal favorites in WC3 are Finland 1939 and Romania 1939, England 1943, Italy 1943, USA 1943, China 1950, Sovjet 1950, Poland 1960, Germany 1960 and Sweden 1960.

While I enjoy a good campaign, I find that conquests' size makes them fun. And the need to annihilate everything prevents my campaign strategy of: "send a good horse to take the city and that's all you need"

And the need to annihilate everything prevents my campaign strategy of: "send a good horse to take the city and that's all you need" Same... it's always a nice warm fuzzy feeling inside when you see the WHOLE world falls under your rule. Plus the conquests doesn't really require specific tactics to win, it feels more flexible than "MuST GET THAT CITY IN 4 TURNS OR YOU LOSE NOW!!!"

Campaign is more about Tactics, and Easytech's game model is not built for that very well
