I'd have to say that he was a bit of disappointment for me (Because I thought he can deal damage as the level of Yamashita). Best allied infantry general, but not the best infantry. For me, he's -
Yamashita > Rundstedt > MacArthur

For me, he's - Yamashita > Rundstedt > MacArthur I think it might be because Yamashita has Wiking. There aren't that many great allied special infantry forces compared with axis. |

On average guerilla dodges 50% damage while fire suppression dodges 40%. Rundstedt still has the highest survivability though because of plunder supply. |

Probably, but I feel that even without Wiking, Yamashita will deal better damage than MacArthur. |

Guerilla isn't close to as reliable as fire suppression. So you have a good chance of getting obliterated due to RNG. |

Yeah I think that Yamashita does more damage more reliably because +12 is always +12 while 24% chance to crit only happens 1 in 4 times. |

So basically it comes down to do you want to reliably take less damage or reliably do more damage. But, we don't have to choose because MacArthur is allied and Yamashita is Axis.
