FA=more damage and slightly tankier (I think), and RA=the ability to not get a retaliation strike. FA= ability to retaliate — stronger on defensive RA= not get retaliated — stronger when on offensive and he can fire from behind without getting fire on himself Plus, don't forget the splash damage. It adds quite a lot to RA's offensive power.

Yeah, I guess. Never cared for it, though. Without a general on it, the RA splash really doesn't do much to the majority of enemies by itself. You need several strikes to really make it do that much damage.

Normally, I use FA for defensive purpose and RA only for my generals. For offensive, super tank all the way. Against aliens, I use almost only RA. I have no problem with RA's inability to retaliate because alien behavior can be easily predicted so my RAs are rarely attacked. FA is used only for defending city.

Against humans I feel like the RA is even better because human enemies (especially in Europe) are very close together damaging all of them.

Not a fan of him. I think he was a super nazi Guderian was not a super nazi! A. He had constant arguments with Hitler B. If he was a loyal Nazi he would have died with Hitler in his bunker in the battle of Berlin.
Guderian got fired when the attack on moscow failed, he almost conmitted to do an assasination on Hitler

I think he meant Erich von Manstein who never directly ordered to shoot Jews for example (even though his units did) and who was both Hitler's greatest debater and greatest general

"Certainly an exceptionally clever fellow, with great operational gifts, but I don't trust him," Hitler remarked after Von Manstein had left.

The Blitzkrieg Legend (English trans. ed.). Annapolis, MD: Naval Institute Press. ISBN 1-59114-294-6. You will see that a lot between Hitler and Manstein. Manstein's plans for Stalingrad or Kharkov for example

THE ATTACK ON MOSCOW FAILED BECUASE HITLER DELAYED IT GUDERIAN was known as fast Heinz and believed that armour forces should never be divided BECUASE you just can flank armoured forced with other armoured forces Hitler delayed the battle by atleast 7 months which lead to the defeat they would have won and also the panzer formations weren't proper if they had made the formations by referring to guderian book achtung-panzer! They violated 3 major rules that led to the loss guderian was an amazing gen he unlike manstein knew how to shoot aim and drive a panzer and had personal experiences at war he but guderian's story is not very sad the story of Erwin Rommel is too sad
