Good job jonblend. Same country (Italy 1806) and same points (56) but more industry at the end. So, i've lost the third place just before the death line 
. I tried Italy 1798 twice this morning but got only 54 points. I failled to take Istanbul at the last round. It was possible at turn 17, but to late. I would have done better to attack the Ottoman city on the other side of the Mediterranean to build the 7th port. Congratulations to the baidu players : Italy 1798 was certainly the best choice to go far : one star, 3 generals, two possible victories against Naple and Sardinia, and 8 possible ports (but very hard to occupy the two last one, by attacking our ally : the Ottoman).
