John Marston, Manfred von Richthofen was neutral but then chose Allies. And the war has already begun. Italy cannot remain neutral again! Rules cannot be changed. Hey! This is an army group style game! You can't switch sides! I guess i have finally made my decision, troops ready to fight, Benito Mussolini says that Germans are tyrants and Italy changed into a free, democratic republic. Benito says that he declares war on Germany for war crimes on Jews, our first assault will be a bombing raid on Innsbruck and Vienna, according to Pres. Mussolini.

Eugene V. Debs, he can become neutral. The rule was that he cannot change sides. But there is no rule that he can't become neutral

If he becomes neutral again, he will again choose a side to continue the game. I think he will choose Axis. This is change the sides. Allies>Axis Allies>Neutral>Axis I guess having "Neutral" in between doesn't change anything. So Italy change the sides.

Oh and if you haven't noticed Eugene V. Debs, I have retreated back into Germany (I posted it long ago but you haven't replied) I'm sorry I didn't see your post. With the support of the Anglo-French Air Force, paratroopers attacked the Rhine bridges and captured strategic points. Anglo-French army (20 Infantry divisions, 15 motorized divisions, 2160 artillery, 600 tanks) advancing towards the Rhine. 5 motorized divisions await in the Benelux. Some vanguard motorized divisions and tanks met with the paratroopers. The troops on the Ems River (7 divisions, 1000 artillery) (I wrote earlier that some units were deployed here) completed the fortifications and the south flank attacking the Rhine from north. The Maginot Army (12 Infantry divisions, 960 artillery, 400 tanks) is on the move and advancing towards the Neckar river. They advance easily with the help of the Air Force. 6 Infantry divisions and 460 artillery remained at Maginot Line, they are ready to help if needed.
