This is Colonel Cunningham and L General De Gaulle. De Gaulle is a tank general with 2 star tank, he also have 3 star in art which is okay, abilities: Panzer Leader (Tank Ability): Deals a fatal blow to the enemy when commanding armored units. 4% chance to trigger. (Small chance) Industrial Expert (Economic Ability): Steel output of the city +20%. (Very good for Economic) Defense Tactic (Defence Ability): Reduces 20% damage from the enemy. 10% chance to trigger. (Medium but not good) De Gaulle with 200 hp have 2/3 good abilities but have 2 in tank, 1 in infantery, 2 in air, 1 in navy, 3 in art and 0 stars in movement, in the french academy his price is 1010 medals. Cunningham is a Navy/air general with 5 star navy, he also have 3 star in air which is okay, abilities: Fleet Leader (Navy Ability): Deals a fatal blow to the enemy when commanding navy fleet units. 8% chance to trigger. (x2 chance of De Gaulle's) Defense Tactic (Defence Ability): Reduces 60% damage from the enemy. 10% chance to trigger. (Medium means okay) Camouflage (Navy Ability): Reduces 15% damage from the enemy artillery units and air units. (Very good) Cunningham with 140 hp have 3/3 good abilities and have 0 in tank, 2 in infantery, 3 in air, 5 in navy!, 0 in art and 0 stars in movement, in the british academy his price is 1060 medals. Holy Pie cunningham is a cheap admiral! |

NOT in certain situations It is JUST making the maximum normal damage. Even if you don't have this skill, it'll still do the same thing. |

Leadership gives you just the MAX damage!! Even without the skill you can get MAX damagw!!

That simply doesnt make any sense, why would they make an ability if it didn't have any effect?
