The events are developing in a unique way. Italy has made it's decision to stay out of the war. Now the war depends on Francisco Franco and Eugene V. Debs's decision. I still am ready to stand by the Bolsheviks. |

Another Division (7th Siberian Expeditionary Division) will be responsible for training White Army in Siberia. It will give modern training to 3 divisions of the White Army by page 10. Eugene V. Debs, could I have the command of these three divisions and Czechoslovak legion |

Japan will have to face the consequences if they oppose the proletariat recolution. We once again recommend them to stay out of Russia's affairs. I am taking command of white army.
It is reorganised into 100 divisions (approximately 10,000 men each).
There are 25 armies with 4 divisions in each army.
5 armies are stationed in Southern Russia, while others in Siberia.
Czechoslovak legion in Siberia has 5 divisions.

Oh, since Southern Russia is in White control we will attack south with 1.5 million men. The White Army is severely outnumbered (7.5:1) and the front is on the verge of collapse.
