What about secondary objectives? Not hard. Los Angeles is really the only exception. Otherwise, if you keep your troops alive, you can, counterintuitively, go faster. Okay, so you are really one of the GOG3 GOATs |

I’ve fully completed the Allied campaign now, and I’m at the Battle of Washington. So I don’t really need another Allied general I think, just Axis. The best ones left are Rundstedt, Kesselring and Donitz.

The best ones left are Rundstedt, Kesselring and Donitz. What better choice than Donitz  Although I too am in Pacific 1945, but I can't advance because of a glitch in Battle of Midway. So I don't really know if there will be aircraft carriers/resources for ample air strikes in future missions. |

I’ve fully completed the Allied campaign now, and I’m at the Battle of Washington. So I don’t really need another Allied general I think, just Axis. The best ones left are Rundstedt, Kesselring and Donitz. Okay, you do not need a naval gen in the following battles. Rundstedt is a good HT, but if you have Guderian and Rommel, those should be good. He is a great inf, but you have (presumably) Yamashita. You need a good air in this for paratrooping into Washington on the final turn, so that means the best choice is... Yamamoto. You don't need him to fight, and he is the best pure air in the game (VR doesn't work on air). Get him. In addition, he's in the lineup. |
