My name - 1. Doesn't start with John 2. Doesn't start with J 3. Doesn't has J But for the sake of the argument, let's just say I am John Grisham and I actually wrote it so that people read my books and experience an unpleasent experience. Even if a million people read it on Sunday, a million Sundays spoiled Your book: the partner, had such a bad ending i wish i could scrub that last part out of my brain. It just made no sense in the end. Might make sense if you ignore some context, but to my knowledge, there were no clues to hint it was something that would happen, nor would it make sense given the information presented. It was presented in a bittersweet way, the protagonist did win and enjoy his life despite that god awful twist, but still, the bittersweet ending wasn't the problem but that horrible twist. Terrible. 1/5 book, would've been a 4.5/5 as i was entertained, until i read the last 2 pages. That said, it genuinely made me not want to read his other books, as i really dislike the ending of the partner. But, he's a reputable author, so i'll read some more of his works. To quote the reception part of the book on Wikipedia: "Publishers Weekly wrote: 'To call the plot of The Partner mechanical is at least partly a compliment: it is well-oiled, intricate and works smoothly. But its cynicism is remorseless.' Kirkus Reviews called the book Grisham's 'best-plotted novel yet,' praising the 'masterfully bittersweet end.'

Which is the best tank, artillery, naval, infantry (airforce not so necessary) general in GOG3??? ** Price will not matter** Asking this as a new player, I don't have enough knowledge about the skills of GOG3😅 Split for each side. * = the best one. MT - Guderian*/Patton HT - Rommel*/Rokossovsky Infantry - Rundstedt/MacArthur* Artillery - Leeb/Govorov* Navy - Donitz*/Nimitz (Mountbatten is better in the end) Airforce - Yamamoto (purely for air prowess, Kesselring can be a great paratrooper and do Yamamoto's job a bit worse), Dowding (Halsey on water, but I would prefer Dowding because of the new Carrier system) I would head to the GOG3 board, there's a lot of great posts there.

Can you put the name of the book? I might had written one such book to annoy you. If your name is John Grisham and you wrote the book titled:The partner , then i'll say this: who hurt you, and why did you add that god awful twist in the last 2 pages of the book that doesn't make sense the more i think about it, which pretty much ruined a pleasant experience that i had while reading the rest of the book. Book was written 24 years ago and it still managed to upset me. Maybe that's why it isn't considered in his top 10 books of all time. Eh, I have to say that that is what you get for reading John Grisham. He is a terrible author, his plots are too far fetched to be relatable, his character arcs are horrible, the major elements are overdone. Really, I prefer works from the 1800s for the most pary.

Come on, it wasn't that bad. Until that bad twist in the end. It was basically just a Court hearing where the protagonist outsmarted everyone. Not sure about the works from the 1800, haven't read much in the non fiction side of things. The only nonfiction i read are books from James Patterson (not the best, but i'm not the hardest to entertain person), and Thus spoke Zarathustra. At least the ones i remember. Oh right, i remember reading quite a bit of those Japanese light novels.

Gerd von Rundstedt, i meant fiction. I don't know why my brain decided to swap the definitions of fiction and nonfiction, it's even in the name. Terrible

Before: One time attack GOG3: Points to attack with a great morale drop bonus MT & HT stands for? Medium and Heavy tanks respectively. Mechanics for both need different talents for example, Guderian is MT god but is bad for HTs, while Rommel is HT god while he bad for MTs.

It's been a hectic few months, but things are kinda back to normal. Also, thats great that EW5 got an uptick, it's needed one for a while now.
