We build coastal artilleries off the coast of Leningrad, and we build trenches 15 km to the north and south of Leningrad, just inside range of our artillery which we place in the city. We build concrete bunkers along the front lines, and station tanks just outside the city to provide additional artillery support.

And Sending 5 divisions to Casablanca In case of some sort of operation
2 divisions will be guarding Tobruk so our supply line will not be cut off (since Tobruk has already fallen)
